Teri Cook is a graduate of Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California, where she earned her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She’s been in practice since 2005, and moved to Nashville in 2010. In addition to working at Encircle, she also sees patients in a private room setting in Mt. Juliet.
After several years of working as a solo practitioner, Teri decided to join the Encircle team because she wanted more opportunities to collaborate with her fellow acupuncturists. She enjoys being in an environment where she’s surrounded by caring people who love helping others.
When asked what she loves about acupuncture, Teri says:
“It has the power to improve lives. Often patients get results for their symptoms when nothing else works. I also love that it addresses the mind, body and spirit.”
When she’s not taking care of patients, Teri enjoys bowling, going to Titans games, being on the boat at the lake, and spending time with family.
