  • The Bellevue clinic will be CLOSED 12/24/24 – 1/4/25.
  • The East Nashville clinic will be CLOSED on the following dates:
    • Tuesday 12/24/24 – Thursday 12/26/24
    • Saturday 12/28/24
    • Wednesday 1/1/25
  • East Nashville will also be open shorter hours on the following days:
    • Monday 12/23/24: open 2-7PM only
    • Friday 12/27/24: open 10AM-1PM only
    • Tuesday 12/31/24: open 9AM-2PM only
